  • Just went out for a run today and am amazed at the amount of people coming out to take advantage of the bike paths on Dunning street and in the 2 tech parks. Speaking of exercise and spring, have you seen how the ball fields are coming along? Kudos to Audrey Ball and the team for doing so much for getting these fields built for our kids.   • I have a busy Saturday. I'll be heading over to the groundbreaking of the new elementary school at 9 AM at Wood Road, then running over to the community center to check out the downtown charette to see the planning process for the form based code and complete streets.   • I had the privilage to sit on the downtown planning committee for 9 months  from June 2010 to March 2011. The Town Board approved a revised master plan for downtown development on March 2011 — a turning point in the two-year debate over how the community should evolve.
